Change the layout if required. Amend in Blogger for the content, if required. Preview.

Step 1 Use Open Live Writer.Add  Table and define rows and columns. Also add a style sheet and define the class for background colours. Add  rowspan or colspan to merge rows or columns. Add Image to one <td> column. Resize Image to column size.Now your template is ready to be used.	Step 2 Post the template to blogger from Open Live Writer.If required one can change the layout/thyme in Blogger. Hide title or heading in layout. Use option Advance->CSS, If your are using Note Pad to write the code. You need to cut/past to blogger at Edit HTML option.	Step 3 Start typing the matter in the respective column. Content can be added with open live writer or in blogger.
